Man, today was a terrible. (I seem to talk about my "terrible" days only eh ?) First of all, I had to run the neurology clinic for new cases ALONE !!!!! No specialists were contactable till late afternoon, and no other doctors around to help out. Luckily, there were only 2 patients who turned up for the appointment (the other cancelled their appointment). Had a gala time treating these patients and their parents. To top it all, I am also on call today.

Worse still, the PD catheter that we had trouble inserting the other day, gave me trouble again tonight. Arggggghhhhhhh................. Stupid catheter. Well had to stop the procedure and leave the catheter in situ. Now pray like hell that the child doesn't need another catheter inserted and another operation on top of that. Well, thats all the grumbling for today. Happy weekend to everyone !!
