Man, its been another busy day for me today. I wonder whether I have ever had any day where I just laze around or at the very least, been not so busy. Paediatric ICU (PICU) was a madhouse today. Ill children kept popping up and giving trouble. Sigh........ Although I am not in charge of PICU, I still helped out my friend who's incharge there. Arranging things to be done, trying to contact other doctors etc...... So I started the nephrology clinic late and ended up waaay past lunch hour.

Now I am so very sleepy because of the eventful day. Got an on call to do tomorrow and on sunday as well. Working, working 36 hours a day.........
