View of the Laser Buddha just outside Pattaya. The Buddha's image was carved into the hillside by laser's. Gold threads were then used to overlie these grooves forming the image that you see. Posted by Hello

Hello there everybody !! Sawadi-kap ! (That's welcome in Siamese). Now, why am I sprouting Siamese all of a sudden ? Well, that's because I have just come back from a tour of Bangkok ang Pattaya. YAY !! Great tour but darn tiring. Wake up at 7 am and walk, walk, walk till midnight. But plenty of fun with tons of shopping and sight-seeing. Even went to the famous transvestite carbaret show in Pattaya called Alcazar. Man, these transvestites are all so beautiful and their bodies, WHEW !! as a medical man, I applaud the skills in which these people are changed.

We were lucky in a sense that we went during the weeken, so we didn't get caught up in the infamous Bangkok jams. Visited the Chao Phraya and the floating markets. Took a look at some Wats and basically went shopping.

Enjoy the photos folks.
